The common quality problems in the production process of oil-proof paper bags mainly come from two aspects, one is the product quality problems caused by the problems of the oil-proof paper material itself; the other is the quality problems of the oil-proof paper bag production process and environmental impact. 1. The problem of oil-proof paper bag material itself
Oil-proof paper bag as a printed matter, the nature of the coated paper itself, the performance of the ink, the density of the printed text, etc., all affect the quality of the oil-proof paper bag printing. If the use of poor uniformity of the coated paper printing, due to the size of the ink absorption, absorption speed is not consistent; will cause paper tightness, uniformity, smoothness, moisture quantitative changes. If the ink printing layer is too thick and too thick, the adhesive molecules will have poor wetting, diffusion and penetration ability, the movement of molecules between each other will be less lively, and the mechanical binding force will be small.
2. The influence of process operation and printing environment on the quality of oil-proof paper bags
When coating the greaseproof paper, first coat a layer of adhesive on the surface of the plastic film. Although it is dried, it still cannot meet the requirements of the film. At this time, the concentration of the adhesive diluted with solvent is increased in order to dry quickly, but the moisture content is too high, and bubbles with air are easy to appear when the film is pressurized, and then peeling and falling off. At the same time, the film is easy to absorb grease, moisture, dust and other substances in the air, thereby reducing its surface function. Excessive humidity will also affect the volatilization of the solvent in the adhesive. Too much residual solvent will produce air isolation in the film, so that the film cannot be pasted. At the same time, uneven roller pressure, uneven rubber roller itself and dirt on the rubber roller will cause wrinkling during film coating.
